Window options for a window whose content draws a TitleBar height tall, centred on the main display at window_size. Extend them with struct update syntax for anything else the window needs.

The application owns title-bar drags: otherwise AppKit also treats the bar as a native title bar, zooming twice on a double click and delaying every click in it. Linux windows use client-side decorations.
