MaterialSymbols

Struct MaterialSymbols

pub struct MaterialSymbols;
Expand description

Embedded SVG asset source. GPUI caches rasterized SVGs by their full path.

Without embed-assets, loads fail with [crate::Error::NotLoaded] and render empty until the icon’s crate::Asset is provided and the window redraws.

Use Self::with_fallback to preserve your application’s existing resources.

Implementations§

§

impl MaterialSymbols

pub fn with_fallback<A>(self, fallback: A) -> WithMaterialSymbols<A>
where A: AssetSource,

Compose with an existing source, including gpui_kit::assets::Assets.
